Hire The Caterer are delighted to be able to offer a canapé catering service. Choose from one of our themed menus, let us know the quantities and leave the rest to us. One of our chefs will come to you on the day of the event and freshly prepare them for you! 

Here is a little bit more about our service:

CANAPÉS

1. •    We have three themed menus - either British, Modern European or Asian influence
   

2. •    Each menu contains an exciting array of ingredients and caters for a wide range of palates
   

3. •    Uplift your canapé selection by adding in one or two of our ‘Premium’ canapés
   

4. •    To add that extra something to the event, we also offer the option to add ‘dessert’ canapés too
   

5. •    Don’t like our menus? Design your own canapé menu and we’ll happily prepare it for you
   

As our menus are seasonal we don’t put them online - simply get in touch and we’ll email you the latest version!

OUR CHEFS

1. • All of our chefs are hand-picked for both their culinary skills and personality
   

2. •Our chefs all have a background in working for some of London’s finest restaurants
   

3. •Although some prep may take place prior to arrival, most of the work will be done on-site to ensure the best quality is delivered
   

4. •The chef will bring the majority of equipment that he/she needs to deliver the service. You will be alerted to any sundry items required prior to booking (ovens, running water etc)
   

5. •To ensure freshness and great presentation, the chef will remain on-site throughout the entire period of service        
   

6. •The chef attends the event in chef whites and, as such, will only be able to perform ‘back of house’ duties
